Our focus is on finding investment properties that meet or exceed your investment requirements. We specialize in providing investment properties for 1031 exchanges as well as direct cash investment utilizing the major real estate asset classes including: single and multi-tenant retail, industrial, office buildings, multi-family apartments, and senior residential housing.

Investor Direct Program

Colina works directly with investors who desire a tailor-made approach to property ownership. Qualified properties for a single investor as well as multiple investor ownership are available.  Investment ownership structure include: Net Lease Properties, Tenant-in-Common (“TIC”) and Delaware Statutory Trust  (“DST”) investments, and Limited Liability Company (“LLC”) partnerships. 


Broker Dealer Platform

Colina also works with selected broker dealers and their representatives providing exclusive real estate investment alternatives through private equity offerings. Qualified investors may choose to participate in these exclusive property offerings after an investor representative of the broker dealer conducts a thorough suitability analysis and the investor agrees to the proposed services.


Fees

Colina’s clients benefit from having exclusive representation. We earn our compensation upon successfully completing investment transactions. Fees are earned during the investment process and paid when the closing is completed.
